Sugarflair Purple Extra 42g
Highly concentrated paste food colouring. All Sugarflair colours are fat free, nut free, gluten free, GM Free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Add to buttercream, royal icing, fondant, creams and cake mixes.
Ingredients
Humectant: E422 glycerol; water; thickener: silica E551; colours: E133 Brilliant Blue FCF, E122 Carmoisine.
E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children.
Directions:
Store at ambient room temperature.
Instructions
Mix a small amount into your chosen application until desired shade of colour is achieved.
