USA Customers Important Information

We want to be completely transparent about taxes and fees when ordering from us.

1. Tariff Taxes: Since 29th August 2025, the US government has put new import tariffs in place for goods like ours. If you’ve bought similar products before this date, you may not have been charged duties — but under the current rules, tariffs now apply. These are not charges from our business – we simply have to collect them on behalf of the US government.

2. US Customs Processing Fee: When your package arrives in America, the US Customs Department applies a $32 processing fee. Please note that this is an additional charge on top of the tariff taxes, and it is set by the us government, not us.

3. Before You Checkout:
   To make things easier, please email us a screenshot of your shopping basket or a list of items before placing your order. This allows us to calculate the correct tariff taxes due to the US government. Once we confirm the total cost of the tariff fee, you can then decide if you’re happy to go ahead.

4. Order Cancellations:
   If you choose to cancel an order after it has been placed, a £5 restocking fee will apply. This is why it’s so important to check the total cost with us first, so there are no surprises.
