ProGel Strawberry 25g
Progel® is a highly concentrated food colouring, a little goes a long way. Use to colour sugarpaste, buttercream, meringues, cake mix, marzipan and more. Can also be used for candle making.
Ingredients
Humectant: E422, Water, Colours: *E122, *E129, Modified starch (tapioca). Warning: *E122, *E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Storage
Store at ambient room temperature.
Instructions
Mix a small amount into your chosen application until desired shade of colour is achieved. 3g of colour per 1kg of decoration (max. dosage 4g) & max.1.5g of colour per 1kg of cake.
