Sugarflair Purple Gel 25g

Sugarflair Gel Colours are highly concentrated food colouring, a little goes a long way. Use to colour sugarpaste, buttercream, meringues, cake mix, marzipan and more. Can also be used for candle making.

Ingredients

Humectant: E422, Thickener: E551, Colour: E122 (Carmoisine), E133 (Brilliant blue).

E122: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children

Storage

Store at ambient room temperature.

Instructions

Mix a small amount into your chosen application until desired shade of colour is achieved. 3g of colour per 1kg of decoration (max. dosage 4g) & max.1.5g of colour per 1kg of cake.
